HDPE camp saddle (High-Density Polyethylene) is an accessory used to extract the main water line from any position on the entire pipeline to a smaller branch pipe without having to cut the main pipe to install a 3-way or 4-way tee, suitable for the construction and installation of civil water lines and works.
It consists of two halves of clamps around the main pipe, usually fixed with bolts and has a connection point for the branch line. This allows adding new pipes without having to cut and weld the main line.

Operating principle of HDPE Clamp saddle product
The calmp saddle is usually made up of two parts that clamp around the main pipe, often with a rubber gasket to ensure a waterproof connection. Bolts and nuts are used to secure the two halves together.

Application of clamp saddle:
Clamp saddle are commonly used in irrigation systems, water supply networks and other applications where branching from existing HDPE pipes is required.
In filter system installations, clamp saddle are used to:
Install negative pressure valves for filter tanks and filter systems
Make chemical injection lines into the main pipe system
Make air vent/vent valve installation locations on top of tanks and pipes
Branch main pipes to secondary pipes
Prevent temporary leaks and water leaks
Advantages:
